Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Tilt‑up)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction sites across the Perth metro area. The role involves delivering fast‑track tilt‑up projects such as fuel stations and fast‑food restaurants, each valued between $5 million and $15 million and typically lasting 20–24 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of several construction sites simultaneously, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Support site managers and coordinate daily activities with contract administrators.
• Report progress, cost, and budget updates to the Construction Manager.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with construction standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager on similar commercial builds (fuel stations or fast‑food outlets) from civil works to completion.
• Full project management experience as a main contractor for all construction works.
• Experience with tilt‑up construction is an advantage.
