Production Coordinator – Fashion Apparel

About the role

Join a respected Australian womenswear brand as a Production Coordinator, supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of collections from development through bulk production. You will work closely with design, technical, and sourcing teams to keep timelines on track and ensure high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production timelines across multiple styles and categories.
• Manage communication with offshore suppliers and manufacturers.
• Raise and maintain purchase orders, track critical paths, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Support fittings, sampling, and approvals alongside design and technical teams.
• Monitor production progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fashion production or production coordination.
• Strong understanding of the garment production lifecycle and critical‑path management.
• Experience working with offshore suppliers (preferably China, India, or Southeast Asia).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships across teams and suppliers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
