Product Manager – PLE (Sleep Apnea Devices)

About the role

As Product Manager – PLE, you will help sustain Resmed's portfolio of sleep apnea masks while supporting new product introductions and strategic initiatives. Based in the Masks Product Management team in Sydney or Singapore, you will champion the needs of patients and providers, guide product priorities and work across the business to deliver solutions that support commercial goals and uphold Resmed's commitment to quality and innovation. The aim is to keep the current portfolio thriving by experimenting with pricing, positioning, post-market claims and strategic globalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Champion patient and provider needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor in-market product performance and identify opportunities to maintain quality and competitiveness.
• Gather insights and help turn them into clear, prioritised actions.
• Own a product within the mask portfolio or provide hands-on support across development and launch.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Marketing and Engineering teams, influencing priorities and supporting cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to new product introductions and broader strategic initiatives.
• Work with commercial and marketing teams to adjust the current portfolio and leverage its value.
• Measure success through user satisfaction and business impact.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in user-centred design, sleep health and medical technology.
• Strategic thinking and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Ability to assess competing priorities and stay focused on meaningful outcomes.
• Clear communication and a collaborative working style.
• Nice to have: background in hardware product management and exposure to regulated medical devices.
