Product Manager - Injectables

About the role

Heng & Hurst is recruiting a Product Manager for its injectables portfolio in Melbourne. This is a hands-on marketing role within a fast-growing Australian business that partners with globally recognised skincare and aesthetic brands, working closely with the sales team, aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals to deliver campaigns, strengthen customer engagement and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop practical sales tools, clinical education materials and promotional resources for the BDM team.
• Plan and execute EDMs and targeted digital campaigns to engage clinics and drive sales.
• Support product launches, seasonal promotions and brand initiatives across the injectables portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical and Education to deliver effective, compliant marketing materials.
• Build relationships with clinicians and clinic owners to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Support BDM onboarding and training on product knowledge, positioning and brand messaging.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience with a strong track record of delivering campaigns and sales tools.
• B2B2C experience, ideally marketing through professional or clinical channels.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals, dental or allied health.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to support sales training and product education.
