Product Lead - AI Stockbroking App

About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Lead to shape and drive major product areas within Doit's AI Stockbroking App. This role will own direction, execution, product quality and outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas, defining priorities, roadmap, standards and success metrics.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers and engineers toward clear execution and drive launch quality, post‑launch learning and continuous improvement.
• Work across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services, turning regulatory and business constraints into practical decisions.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, balancing strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys and thrive in high‑ambiguity, fast‑changing environments.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated products is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Leadership of cross‑functional squads and mentorship of PMs/POs.
• Strong judgement on prioritisation, trade‑offs and product sequencing.
