Procurement & Fleet Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement & Fleet Officer to join our South Perth office. In this role you will support the acquisition of goods and services and manage our vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, maintain procurement records and support sourcing activities.
• Prepare purchase plans, review and approve products and services.
• Maintain supplier information, contracts and compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, onboarding, returns and ensure fleet registration, insurance and servicing are up to date.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, monitor fleet usage and produce related reports.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in procurement and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, contract management and supplier engagement.
• Understanding of vehicle registration, insurance and maintenance processes.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
