Pre-Construction Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a permanent Full‑Time Pre‑Construction Coordinator to join our Gregory Hills head office. Reporting to the Pre‑Construction Manager, you will guide clients from contract deposit through to site commencement, delivering personalised service and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and maintain accurate client files.
• Oversee workflow, reporting and liaison with internal departments for approvals.
• Coordinate engineering details such as water board, hydraulic, acoustic and bushfire requirements.
• Prepare and submit documentation to developers, councils and PCAs.
• Gather and organise necessary paperwork from clients, suppliers, contractors, lenders and brokers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar pre‑construction role.
• Proven track record organising permits for residential builds.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Team‑focused, results‑driven with an exceptional eye for detail.
