Practice Manager – Forensic Accounting & Commercial Damages

About the role

HKA is seeking a Practice Manager to support its fast‑growing Forensic Accounting & Commercial Damages (FACD) practice. You will work closely with Partners and senior leaders, acting as the operational hub that ensures the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central link between Practice Leadership, project teams and support functions (Business Support, BD, Marketing, People, Recruitment, Legal, IT).
• Implement team strategy and market‑group activities across commercial litigation, IP, family law, class actions, tax disputes and related areas.
• Oversee resource planning, monitor team availability, utilisation and project timelines.
• Coordinate expert teams, track schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage enquiries, maintain the pipeline and order book, and support Business Development reporting using Excel or Power BI.
• Partner with Marketing to organise client‑facing events such as seminars, lunches, conferences and meetings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar operational role within a professional services practice.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and support senior leaders.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI for reporting and analytics.
