Photographic / Creative Talent Producer

About the role

Saunders & Co, a boutique Sydney agency, is seeking a mid‑level Producer to act as the engine room of its bookings. You will be the primary liaison between creative talent and clients, ensuring shoots run smoothly and talent creativity stays in focus.

Key responsibilities

• Book and schedule crew including photographers, assistants, motion, hair & makeup, and stylists.
• Manage holds from initial inquiry through confirmation and release across multiple jobs.
• Coordinate castings, sessions and shoot logistics.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, translating briefs into well‑crewed productions.
• Maintain talent relationships, support their careers and keep their profiles up‑to‑date.
• Prepare call sheets, quotes, talent profiles and production documents.

Required profile

• Experience in talent booking, casting or production (agency, studio or production house).
• Strong visual and written editing sense.
• Calm, organised multitasker able to run several jobs in parallel without missing details.
• Confident communication with creatives and clients.
• Passion for photography, fashion, beauty and the wider creative industry.
