About the role

Join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group as a Pharmacist at Chemist Warehouse Pacific in Werribee. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, ensure accurate dispensing, and support a high‑volume retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store, dispensary and team operations.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts software.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee dispensary inventory, order processing and stock control.
• Support and develop new business strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a high‑volume pharmacy or retail setting.
• Willingness to undergo a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
• Experience using pharmacy inventory management systems.
