Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will own the hands‑on execution of paid media and SEO/SEM initiatives across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok. You will turn strategy into full‑funnel campaign performance, managing spend, optimisation and retargeting to maximise return on ad spend and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define paid performance strategy, budget allocation, KPI setting and channel planning.
• Execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok, reallocating spend to meet targets.
• Implement SEO and SEM initiatives that support external digital channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day bid strategy, budget pacing and rebuild Meta/Instagram remarketing activity.
• Work with creative teams to hypothesise, test and improve ad creatives for higher ROAS.
• Own paid and organic search reporting, building dashboards, tracking ROAS, CAC and keyword performance.
• Champion AI‑enabled experimentation and flag new digital opportunities and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on paid media execution across B2B and B2C environments.
• Proven track record managing significant multi‑channel digital marketing budgets and optimising allocation throughout the funnel.
• Experience using AI tools in campaign optimisation is a plus.
