Part‑Time Retail Associate – Optical Dispenser

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Part‑Time Retail Associate to join our OPSM store in Shepparton. You will guide customers through the full optical journey, from initial consultation and pre‑testing to selecting and customizing high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer consultations and basic vision pre‑tests.
• Assist customers in choosing frames from premium collections such as Chanel, Gucci, Ray‑Ban, Oakley, Prada and others.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable lenses and accessories.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

Required profile

• Retail experience; optical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learning ability.
• Genuine passion for helping people see clearly and enjoy fashion.
