About the role
The Customer Solutions Representative is the frontline ambassador for Ticketek, delivering exceptional fan support across phone, email and social platforms. Working Thursday to Saturday, you will help fans with bookings, refunds, exchanges and enquiries while upholding Ticketek’s brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound customer service via phone, email and social media, meeting established KPIs for volume and quality.
- Process ticket bookings, refunds and exchanges using Ticketek’s ticketing systems and Zendesk CRM.
- Maintain accurate fan account information and ensure every interaction is logged in accordance with team standards.
- Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and contribute to a solutions‑focused culture.
- Represent Ticketek and the broader TEG brand with professionalism and integrity.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a customer service or contact‑centre environment, preferably within ticketing, events or a related industry.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Zendesk CRM (or similar ticketing system) proficiency.
