About the role

Join the Lysaght business of BlueScope as a Customer Service Representative in Lyndhurst, Victoria. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and email, and ensuring a seamless experience across sales, operations, and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email, building positive relationships and providing helpful solutions.
• Analyse enquiries, specifications, and order details to deliver accurate quotes and tailored advice.
• Prioritise and manage multiple requests, setting clear expectations while balancing urgency and risk.
• Process and interpret orders, pricing, and delivery information across systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, manufacturing, and warehousing to identify and resolve issues.
• Track orders end‑to‑end, anticipate potential delays, and keep customers and colleagues informed.
• Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders through thoughtful problem‑solving and follow‑up.
