Part-Time Room Attendant

About the role

Crown Melbourne's Housekeeping team is looking for friendly, reliable people to join its Housekeeping team at Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade. It is a guest-focused, hands-on role helping create clean, comfortable rooms, with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown's high standards
• Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
• Vacuum and tidy rooms
• Refill guest amenities and supplies
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
• Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times
• Work with the team to meet daily room targets

Required profile

• Availability to work part-time across a 7-day rotating roster, with Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability essential
• Ability to perform physical work over 8-hour shifts, including standing, bending and lifting up to 15kg
• Basic English to understand instructions and safety requirements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
