Part-Time Early Years Educator

About the role

Busy Bees, a global early learning provider with over 130 centres across Australia, is seeking a passionate part-time Educator for its centre in Colac. The position is 22.5 hours per week and plays an important role in delivering high-quality education and care in a nurturing, engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Help provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members
• Support daily routines, activities and supervision of children
• Contribute to maintaining standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working with Children Check for Victoria
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, or willingness to obtain them
• Experience working as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded
• Genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values
