About the role

Join ANZ’s Retail Banking team as a part‑time Banking Consultant, delivering a seamless branch experience for customers in Taylors Lakes. You will help clients meet their end‑to‑end financial needs, from everyday transactions to digital solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions and needs‑based conversations.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and available financial solutions.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
• Support bank programs and initiatives that drive customer engagement.
• Maintain a strong “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and branch procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for needs‑based discussions.
• Accredited to recommend and fulfil banking products appropriate to the role.
• Collaborative team player willing to coach peers.
• Commitment to delivering ANZ’s Customer Promises.
