About the role
Join Odoo’s fast‑growing Australian team as an Outbound Sales Representative. You will help promote Odoo’s open‑source enterprise management suite to new customers, combining lead generation with full‑cycle sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through online research, social media, industry events and prospecting tools.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails and other outreach to engage prospects, qualify their business needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, building trust and long‑term partnerships.
- Represent Odoo at networking events, conferences and trade shows to expand your professional network.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to align messaging and drive revenue growth.
Required profile
- Permanent working rights in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of outbound prospecting or sales experience.
- Strong business knowledge and proven sales abilities.
- Genuine interest in IT and software solutions.
- Analytical mindset and a resilient, solution‑oriented attitude.
