Organic Growth Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Organic Growth Analyst to support data‑driven SEO and organic growth initiatives for fast‑growing B2B software companies. Working remotely alongside experienced strategists, you will help research, analyse, report and execute tactics that directly impact client revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of SEO and organic growth strategies for B2B software clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content audits and backlink research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build, maintain and analyse reports and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to measure campaign performance and business impact.
• Monitor client performance data, identify actionable insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
• Participate in internal brainstorming, research initiatives and innovation projects.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams, supporting client meetings and ongoing communications.
• Continuously develop new skills and help improve internal processes and best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing or a related field, or a strong desire to build a career in organic growth.
• Basic experience with analytics and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn quickly, apply feedback and develop professionally.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, high‑performance environment.
• Availability to overlap at least five working hours with Eastern Time (ET) on weekdays.
