Operations Manager - Multi-Venue Hospitality

About the role

An established hospitality destination in Perth, with multiple food and beverage venues and a boutique hotel, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager, the role oversees operational delivery across the precinct, working closely with Venue Managers, Department Heads and the Executive Chef. It is a visible, hands-on leadership position with expansion plans underway.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple food and beverage venues and accommodation facilities.
• Lead, mentor and support a large, diverse team across venues and departments.
• Maintain service standards, presentation, cleanliness and guest experience.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, payroll and departmental expenditure.
• Analyse reports to find ways to improve profitability, revenue and operational efficiency.
• Work with Marketing, Events and Venue Managers on promotions, activations and events.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgets, capital expenditure and business objectives.

Required profile

• Solid track record in hospitality operations management, ideally in a complex, multi-venue environment.
• Strong food and beverage expertise, with cost control and margin management.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate large teams and departmental managers.
• Current WA Approved Manager's Card and a valid WA driver's licence.
• Flexible and committed to hospitality management hours.

Required skills

• Financial analysis and budget monitoring.
• Understanding of WA liquor licensing, food safety and workplace health and safety obligations.
• Familiarity with hospitality management technology and digital operational systems.
