Onsite Coordinator

About the role

Fever is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to manage event staff and ensure smooth operations at live entertainment venues. You will be the primary point of contact on‑site, representing the Fever brand and guaranteeing a high‑quality experience for attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and train on‑site event staff on ticket validation, Fever policies, and customer service.
• Manage inventories of devices such as PDAs, computers, and POS systems.
• Oversee validation systems and the Fever Partners App during events.
• Control crowd flow, prevent bottlenecks, and manage queues.
• Handle onsite payment devices for food, beverage, and merchandise.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide suitable solutions.
• Report daily to Fever managers with pre‑ and post‑event findings, incidents, and feedback.
• Act as the liaison between partners, production teams, onsite staff, and Fever.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Highly organized, efficient, and strong time‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solver who can think strategically under pressure.
• Willingness to learn from mistakes and provide improvement feedback.
• Collaborative, hands‑on attitude and ability to work across all event tasks.
