Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Onboarding Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day client onboarding activities. The role is fully remote and operates on Brisbane (AU) business hours, requiring accurate data entry, task management and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain client, property and owner data with high accuracy.
• Track onboarding tasks, statuses, dates and documentation in Asana.
• Review checklists before client hand‑offs and go‑live.
• Handle routine onboarding emails and respond promptly to client queries.
• Schedule training sessions, send invitations and follow up on attendance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and escalate technical, commercial or sensitive issues.
• Leverage Claude or other AI productivity tools while personally verifying all client‑facing information.
• Identify errors, missing information or incomplete tasks before they affect clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in client onboarding, customer success, operations or a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable high‑speed internet.
• Ability to work according to Brisbane time zone.

Required skills

• Asana (or similar project/task‑management tool).
• Claude or comparable AI productivity tools.
