Night Auditor – Front Office

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Sofitel Brisbane Central as a Night Auditor. You will ensure smooth overnight operations, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver exceptional guest service during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Balance daily transactions and prepare precise overnight reports.
• Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted.
• Provide check‑in and check‑out assistance and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and staff.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist and collaborate with other departments to address discrepancies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or similar hospitality role.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a rotating overnight schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Cloud hotel management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
