New Graduate Occupational Therapist

About the role

Join Early Start Australia’s Armadale clinic as a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, delivering evidence‑based assessments and therapy to children with developmental delays or disabilities. You’ll work within a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on family‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct evidence‑based assessments and provide therapy to a paediatric caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver outcome‑focused care.
• Partner with families, educators and stakeholders to offer education, support and advocacy.
• Develop individualised therapy plans that empower children to achieve daily activity goals.
• Continuously evaluate and refine practice to ensure best‑practice service delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Genuine passion for supporting children and families, with experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Current compliance checks (Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening) and a valid driver’s licence with vehicle access.
