A long-established, multi-franchised new car dealership in the Ipswich area is looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join its sales department. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement, a friendly working environment and an income stream described as excellent. Key responsibilities

• Review daily prospects and log sheets
• Hold one-on-one discussions with Sales Consultants
• Track performance, client introductions and sales closings
• Report to the Senior Sales Manager, General Manager or Dealer Principal

Required profile

• Current or recent dealership new car sales management or senior sales consultant experience
• Seeking a long-term position
• Located in Australia; Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident

What we offer

• 5-day working week, with one weekday and every Sunday off; Saturday work is mandatory
• Negotiable retainer, superannuation, commission and a car allowance of $6,500 per year
• Commission expected in the $70,000 to $100,000 range per year, with some consultants reaching $170,000
