Network Engineer – Sydney, Australia

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join its Sydney team. The role focuses on designing, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networks, with a strong emphasis on SD‑WAN solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement network architectures based on high‑level customer designs.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot network devices and SD‑WAN platforms.
• Provide support for Cisco Viptela, Silverpeak, Velocloud and Meraki solutions.
• Develop low‑level design documentation and maintain configuration records.
• Manage client support cases, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in technical operations and service delivery within large enterprises or service providers.
• Proven ability to work with customers and solution managers on network projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
