About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of high‑impact marketing design and digital initiatives. Working fully remotely within a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to move projects from concept to launch while ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and development.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing design projects, from intake and planning through execution, launch, and post‑delivery follow‑up.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables and priorities, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate workflows between Marketing, Product, and Development teams to keep objectives and execution plans aligned.
  • Translate technical and product requirements into actionable briefs for design and marketing teams.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers early, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee website launches, digital updates, landing pages and CMS‑related activities in collaboration with design and development.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across digital marketing assets and customer‑facing touchpoints.
  • Develop processes, templates, documentation and tracking systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support broader marketing campaigns, initiatives and events as needed.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, design operations or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex design workflows and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience leading website launches and digital product initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in fully remote, international team environments.
  • Experience in technology, fintech, infrastructure or related industries is a plus.
  • Additional fluency in Italian or Spanish is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing operations.
