Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own and execute all marketing activities for Mondrian Gold Coast, one of Australia’s most exciting luxury hotel and lifestyle properties. This is an execution‑focused role where you will build, run, and optimise campaigns that drive brand awareness, bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the hotel’s digital marketing strategy across all channels.
• Maintain the website – update content, monitor performance and improve user experience.
• Lead SEO initiatives, coordinating external contractors for on‑page, technical and local SEO.
• Create and produce all marketing collateral, both digital and print, ensuring brand consistency.
• Design, execute and analyse EDM campaigns from copywriting to reporting.
• Grow and segment the email database while maintaining list health.
• Brief and manage external agencies, designers, photographers and content creators.
• Coordinate marketing for F&B, spa, events and accommodation.
• Track performance metrics (traffic, conversions, bookings, ROI) and report results.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to align campaigns with rate strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven digital marketing expertise across SEO, SEM, paid social and email marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with EDM platforms such as Revinate.
• Strong copywriting and creative direction abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse and optimise campaigns.
• Self‑sufficient and able to deliver without extensive supervision.
