Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader and the Chief of Research & Communications, you will execute strategic digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and engage patients and healthcare professionals. You will manage day‑to‑day marketing execution across content, social media, email, website, video, and offline collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Support social media strategies for Australian and US clinics and launch Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on insights.
• Develop written and visual content such as blogs, emails, landing pages, social posts and video scripts.
• Create and execute email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and manage audience segmentation.
• Update and maintain website content on WordPress, collaborating with internal teams and agencies.
• Coordinate video production with external agencies and manage video content calendars.
• Develop and update brochures, flyers and other print materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, assist with budget tracking and respond to stakeholder requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing social media and executing campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and campaign optimisation.
• Strong content creation skills, both copywriting and visual design.
