Manager - Cyber Security (IAM Engineering)
EY · Melbourne
Job description
About the role
EY is hiring a Manager for its Cyber Security consulting team in Melbourne, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The role is hands-on engineering: designing, configuring, integrating, testing and supporting IAM solutions for major clients. The internal title follows EY's Manager structure, but the day-to-day is technical delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, test and deploy IAM solutions, primarily SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and related identity governance capabilities.
- Implement identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover and leaver workflows, access request, approval and provisioning.
- Design, configure and test SailPoint connectors and integrations, including application onboarding, entitlement models, access profiles, roles, policies, certifications and provisioning flows.
- Assess application integration patterns and work with client teams on how applications are onboarded, connected, tested and supported.
- Build, test and troubleshoot IAM integrations, including connector errors, data mapping issues, provisioning failures, access request defects and reconciliation issues.
- Work with client technology, security, HR and application teams to gather requirements and deliver practical technical outcomes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, test scripts and deployment artefacts.
Required profile
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including application onboarding, connectors, lifecycle workflows, access requests, provisioning and certifications.
- Ability to analyse an application, define the integration approach, map identities and entitlements, configure the connector and validate end-to-end access request, provisioning, reconciliation and certification processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including identity lifecycle, groups, enterprise applications, SSO, conditional access or integration with IAM platforms.
- Exposure to CyberArk or other privileged access management technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity integrations, connector configuration, provisioning failures, access issues, data quality and reconciliation errors.
- Ability to work closely with consultants, architects and client stakeholders while staying close to technical configuration, build and implementation.
What we offer
- Career development with future-focused skills and world-class experiences.
- Flexible work arrangements.
- A benefits package including a yearly wellness incentive, an extra 8 weeks of flex leave per year and family-friendly policies such as up to 26 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave.
