About the role
As a Maintenance Technician at the Clayton plant, you will join the Electrical and Maintenance team to ensure that quality products are available to customers when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Repair, modify and install equipment to keep the facility operating.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, aligning, calibrating and troubleshooting machines.
- Conduct equipment failure analysis and recommend improvements to increase availability and yield.
- Prepare technical reports documenting modifications and maintenance procedures.
Required profile
- Prior experience as a maintenance mechanic in industrial manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, with ability to read basic electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
- Experience working in hazardous areas is preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
