Maintenance Team Member – Facilities Services

About the role

Assetlink is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Member to join its Rouse Hill site on a full‑time basis. You will perform a variety of handy‑person and trade duties, ensuring the centre remains well‑maintained and presenting a high standard for tenants and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general handy‑person and trade tasks.
• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance work.
• Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
• Adapt to a flexible roster and liaise with customers as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in maintenance or handyman roles.
• Versatile handy‑person skills with the ability to use power tools.
• Ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift (EWP) – highly desirable.
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Physically capable of moving equipment.
• Team‑oriented, self‑motivated and responsible.
• Trade qualification is helpful but not mandatory.
