Line Marker & Site Hand

About the role

The Line Marker & Site Hand will support daily operations at Korvest's Kilburn facility by accurately marking safety zones and maintaining a tidy work environment. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with safety standards and smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately mark lines, boundaries, exclusion zones and designated areas across the site according to safety and operational guidelines.
• Assist with 5S implementation – sorting, setting in order, shining, standardising and sustaining the workspace.
• Perform routine tasks such as machine and work‑area cleaning and minor repairs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support production needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a labourer role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks and lift equipment as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of line marking techniques.
• Familiarity with 5S principles.
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
