About the role

Bay Travel & Cruise is looking for a motivated Leisure Travel Consultant to join its Beaumaris office. In this on‑site position you will help clients design memorable cruise and leisure experiences while supporting the broader sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning and create personalized cruise and leisure itineraries.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on travel trends, packages, and destinations.
• Handle bookings, manage customer inquiries, and promote travel packages.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in booking cruises and understanding of current travel trends.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues or clients.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking platforms and Global Distribution System (GDS) Sabre.
• Experience using travel software for itinerary creation and reservations.
