About the role

As a Leasing Professional with Greystar’s Australian brand Haiku, you will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, helping them find a lifestyle rather than just an apartment. You will be the first point of contact, showcasing Haiku’s thoughtfully designed homes, premium amenities and exceptional resident experiences. Greystar is a leading global real‑estate platform managing over $350 billion of assets, and Haiku is its Australian brand focused on resident‑centred renting. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in South Melbourne, offering direct interaction with the community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents in discovering a new way of renting.
• Provide information on homes, community amenities and lifestyle benefits.
• Support the leasing process from initial inquiry through to move‑in.
• Represent Haiku’s brand values and promote a genuine sense of belonging.
