Learning Facilitator

About the role

The Learning Facilitator joins the ANZ Academy to deliver high‑quality learning experiences and co‑create new programmes that build capability across the bank. You will work with a diverse audience—from recent graduates to senior leaders—using a blend of virtual, hybrid and face‑to‑face formats.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate ANZ Academy sessions via Microsoft Teams Live webinars, virtual classrooms and in‑person workshops.
• Co‑design learning solutions, conduct needs analysis and iterate programmes based on feedback and evaluation data.
• Lead Train‑the‑Trainer initiatives and support the development of facilitator communities of practice.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content relevance and alignment with ANZ’s capability priorities.
• Maintain a strong culture of learning excellence by role‑modeling facilitation best practices.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in adult learning facilitation across a range of delivery modes.
• Confidence in contributing to learning design and continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt style and judgement to audiences ranging from entry‑level to senior leadership.
• Strong presence, authenticity and openness to feedback.
• Commitment to an “always learning” mindset.
