Lead - Organisation Design and Implementation

About the role

The Lead – Organisation Design & Implementation is responsible for delivering large‑scale people and workforce transformation programmes for ANZ’s Talent & Culture division. You will guide the end‑to‑end design, implementation and governance of new operating models, restructures, off‑shoring strategies and M&A people streams, ensuring clear business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex organisation design and workforce transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Act as the central integrator between business stakeholders, T&C partners, project teams and cross‑functional contributors.
• Manage project risks, inter‑dependencies, governance processes and remove roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Conduct organisational diagnostics, data‑led analysis and develop evidence‑based recommendations on operating model effectiveness, workforce structure, capability and role design.
• Provide strategic advice and challenge to senior leaders on organisational effectiveness and implementation considerations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programmes in a corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑informed approach.
• Ability to balance strategic outcomes, investment constraints, delivery risk and time‑to‑benefit.
