About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to drive the creation of high‑quality Android and iOS applications used by customers worldwide. Based in Australia and working remotely, you will combine hands‑on engineering with technical leadership to shape a product‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define technical strategy, architecture patterns and development practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Integrate external APIs, data sources and third‑party services.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests and monitor live performance.
• Debug complex issues and continuously optimise code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, product and design teams to ensure consistent, user‑friendly experiences.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and passion for delivering reliable, scalable apps.

Required skills

• Kotlin and Java for Android development.
• Swift for iOS development.
• Mobile architecture patterns such as MVP.
• Unit testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
