Key Account Manager – Foodservice

About the role

As a Key Account Manager – Foodservice you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and end‑users across Western Australia. This is a hands‑on field sales position that requires regular travel and a proactive approach to growing our foodservice business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage distributor and end‑user relationships across the WA territory.
• Plan and execute a call cycle, prioritising high‑opportunity customers.
• Drive growth across core product categories and achieve sales budgets.
• Lead activations such as cook‑ups to support product launches and promotions.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Capture and share market and customer insights with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage distributor and end‑user accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
