Key Account Manager – B2B Waste Services

About the role

Cleanaway is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of mid‑market customers in Perth. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery while expanding the use of Cleanaway’s waste‑to‑resource solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with existing customers to increase share‑of‑wallet across Cleanaway’s service offering.
• Drive portfolio growth through contract optimisation, disciplined pricing and retention initiatives.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide competitor, market and tender intelligence.
• Manage CRM data, contracts and reporting to support commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven B2B account management experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management in complex environments.
• Current driver’s licence and tertiary qualification in Business or related field (desirable).
