Junior Solicitor / Law Graduate (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Law Graduate or recently admitted Solicitor to join our growing boutique practice. The role provides genuine hands‑on experience across property and commercial law matters, with mentoring and support from experienced practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review retail and commercial leases, incentive deeds, variations, surrenders and deeds of assignment.
• Assist with commercial transactions, including sales of businesses, shares and units.
• Support litigation matters by drafting letters of demand, pleadings and liaising with counsel, clients and witnesses.
• Manage general files and provide assistance to senior lawyers as required.

Required profile

• Law Graduate or recently admitted Solicitor (0–1 PQE) admitted or eligible for admission in NSW.
• Prior experience working in a legal or professional office environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised, eager to learn and able to work effectively in a small team.
