Junior Research Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Research Analyst to evaluate AI‑generated responses and help improve model reasoning and rigor. This remote, contract position offers the chance to work directly with leading AI research teams and contribute to high‑impact datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated outputs for logical consistency and depth.
• Provide structured, well‑evidenced written feedback to enhance training data quality.
• Craft clear rationales that go beyond surface‑level observations.
• Collaborate with research teams to ensure dataset coverage and consistency.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while driving model performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a top‑100 globally ranked university (preferred).
• Strong analytical and written communication abilities.
• Excellent critical reading skills to detect nuance, implicit meaning, and reasoning gaps.
• Consistent, honest judgment with the capacity to give constructive critiques.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to evaluation guidelines.
• Native English fluency and ability to work without AI writing tools.
