Junior Digital Campaign Coordinator

About the role

A data-driven digital services company that builds systems to automate business processes and improve customer engagement is looking for a Junior Digital Campaign Coordinator to join its web development team. The role blends design, HTML/CSS and campaign coordination in a hands-on position within a supportive team. It suits someone with a design background who wants to develop technical skills, and offers an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update electronic direct mail (eDM) campaigns using HTML, CSS and supplied designs.
• Set up and maintain online promotional campaigns, working with the development team on website updates and campaign implementation.
• Check designs, campaign requirements and brand guidelines for consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate revisions, communicate updates and follow up with clients, stakeholders, creative agencies and suppliers.
• Track deadlines, coordinate deliverables and make sure everything is ready for launch.
• Review content, layouts, links and other campaign elements before publication.
• Solve problems proactively and look for ways to improve campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• Design capability, technical understanding and strong organisational skills.
• Good understanding of digital design principles and awareness of current web protocols, standards and technologies.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication, organisation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or knowledge of e-commerce and content management; experience with content management systems or email marketing platforms is highly regarded.
