About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Representative to join our outbound sales team in North Sydney. This full‑time position offers a clear pathway into B2B telecommunications sales, with the chance to earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to generate new business across the Sydney market.
- Prospect, qualify, and create sales opportunities with business owners and decision‑makers.
- Promote Vodafone solutions including mobile, 5G, nbn®, and cloud phone systems.
- Track activity and manage your pipeline using a CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Experience in outbound sales, tele‑sales or a call‑centre environment.
- Strong confidence on the phone with excellent objection‑handling skills.
- Resilient, competitive and target‑driven mindset.
- Comfortable making cold calls on a regular basis.
Required skills
- CRM experience (nice to have, not essential).
