Job Coach – Support Clients to Secure Meaningful Employment

About the role

As a Job Coach you will empower clients to build confidence, develop job‑readiness skills and take steps toward meaningful employment. You will work closely with employers and internal teams to match clients with suitable opportunities and ensure sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Collaborate with the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Link clients to the right programs and services by working with internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
• Genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal‑driven environment.
• Current driver’s licence.
