IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator with 3–4 years of experience to take ownership of our internal Microsoft‑centric technology environment. This hybrid position offers the chance to work closely with leadership and external cyber‑security specialists while expanding your expertise across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Exchange and OneDrive.
• Manage Azure and Entra cloud environments.
• Oversee security, identity and access management processes.
• Maintain and optimise Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, governance policies and optimisation procedures.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in a managed‑services or fast‑paced support environment.
• Proactive, reliable and technically curious.
• Ready to move from ticket‑driven support to a broader, hands‑on internal role.
