Incident Coordinator – Sydney (Hybrid)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Incident and Problem Coordinator to join its Sydney team. The role involves managing incidents, driving problem resolution and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation. A competitive salary range and flexible hybrid working are offered.

Key responsibilities

• Log all incidents accurately in ServiceNow and capture data for historical reporting.
• Analyze incident data to identify systemic issues and trends.
• Own investigations into Major Incidents, create Post‑Incident Reviews (PIR) and present findings to senior leadership.
• Prioritise problems collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Help manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and generate KPI reports.
• Ensure correct prioritisation of incident impact.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, assign tasks to teams and hold them accountable to deadlines.
• Work with teams to prioritise and complete remediation items.

Required profile

• Experience in incident and problem coordination within an IT environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to spot trends and systemic issues.
• Effective communication with technical and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents and drive timely resolutions.
