Inbound Sales Representative – Health & Wellness

About the role

Hyprwork is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing health and wellness brand, Rejuvacare. You will convert inbound leads into satisfied customers by presenting product solutions that match each client’s health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and present Rejuvacare products using approved scripts.
• Identify customers’ health concerns and recommend the most relevant product, upsells, bundles, or membership.
• Overcome objections with empathy and product knowledge.
• Process orders accurately and maintain detailed call notes.
• Meet daily and monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Escalate complaints to the Customer Service team when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, outbound sales, or customer‑facing sales.
• Strong verbal English – confident, articulate and persuasive.
• Motivation to achieve targets and earn commission.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Positive attitude, resilience and competitive drive.
