Human Resource Generalist

About the role

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to provide HR expertise and influence decision‑making through the development and delivery of meaningful people‑related management information. The role supports the Western Australia management team in achieving key business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify talent needs, plan recruitment and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Drive the annual performance review cycle, including planning, interim reviews and final evaluations.
• Conduct salary and bonus reviews, ensuring compliance with budgets and yearly benchmarking.
• Lead HR policy development, updating procedures to meet local legislative and organisational requirements.
• Identify key positions, build succession plans and maintain an efficient talent pipeline for business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR business partner role.
• Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or a related business field.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities with high autonomy in decision‑making.
• Proven experience managing relationships, projects and conflict resolution.
