About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our casual and full‑time workforce at the Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre. Positions include Food & Beverage Attendant, Cleaner, Retail Assistant, Shuttle Bus Driver, Chef, and Tour Guide, offering the chance to work in one of Australia’s most stunning natural settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests and ensure a welcoming, safe environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all areas of the centre.
• Assist retail operations and manage product displays.
• Operate shuttle buses safely, adhering to licensing requirements.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Lead tours, sharing knowledge of the Daintree rainforest and Kuku Yalanji culture.

Required profile

• Relevant experience or transferable skills for the chosen role.
• Strong communication, teamwork and commitment to safety and customer service.
• For drivers: valid licences and endorsements.
• For guides: cultural awareness and willingness to learn.
